Enrollment

Enrollment is open to children aged 3 to 16 years. All registrations must be made by a parent or legal guardian. A trial session may be available depending on schedule and location availability. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Payment

Payment is due before the start of each session or term. We accept bank transfer (Korean won). Prices are displayed on our pricing page and may be updated at the beginning of each term. No credit card or online payment data is collected through the website.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start of a session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund is available once a session has started. Absences without prior notice are not refundable. To cancel, please contact us by email.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to treat instructors, peers, and equipment with respect. C.Lab Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment in case of repeated disruptive behavior, after discussion with the parent or guardian. Safety of all students is our priority.

Liability

C.Lab Academy takes reasonable precautions to ensure student safety during sessions. However, we are not liable for personal items brought to sessions. Parents are responsible for drop-off and pick-up at the agreed times. For sessions held at partner locations, the venue's own terms may also apply.
