Frequently Asked Questions
Where are the classes held?
Classes take place at our dedicated learning space in Naebang, near Seorae Maeul. The exact address is shared upon enrollment.
Why small class sizes?
C.Lab Academy is in its early stage — I'm building the concept before scaling up. Keeping classes small lets me offer accessible prices while providing a warm, family-friendly atmosphere and dedicated attention for every student.
What if my child has a busy schedule?
I offer 1:1 sessions for busy schedules, but group sessions are more motivating and affordable. Check the available time slots — we usually find something that works.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, cash, or mobile payment (Kakao Pay, Naver Pay). Full payment is required before the first session. Installment plans are available for group enrollments.
What is your refund policy?
We offer flexible refund options in line with Korean consumer protection regulations. Contact us for details.
What materials are needed?
For most courses, just bring a laptop. All software licenses, learning materials, and project resources are provided.
