Build & Code with LEGO Spike Essential
Snap LEGO bricks together, add motors and sensors, then bring your creation to life with simple code blocks.
About This Program
Build with LEGO, then make it move with code. Using LEGO Spike Essential kits designed for young builders, your child will construct colorful models—animals, vehicles, spinning fairground rides—and then program them using icon-based coding blocks. No reading needed: the coding interface uses pictures, and every instruction is guided step by step. Motors make things spin, lights change color, and sensors detect motion. Each session is a new mini-project: build something, code it, watch it work, then change it and try again. Kids work in pairs or small groups, learning to share ideas and solve problems together. This course bridges the gap between physical play and digital thinking—your child builds with their hands and thinks with code.
